We bought a property recently that Manan at DK was selling on behalf of the Vendor. He was very responsive and straight up. The process was relatively smooth with a short settlement agreed. Whilst, Manan was representing the Vendor he made sure that ourselves as purchasers were kept up to date on how things were progressing. He organized pre-settlement inspection at a time convenient to us and was punctual as well. The settlement itself had some issues (outside of Manan's control), but Vendor - Sales agency relationship and Sales agency's influence / assertiveness on the Vendor could have improved the settlement glitches (such as Vendor disagreeing to fix a critical fault, which dampened the mood a little bit). Overall - we would very much recommend Manan and his agency to others.

So far so goodWe are fairly new tenants, but have found the process of obtaining and entering into a tenancy with DK... Property Partners to be painless. Application process was fairly straightforward with the leasing agent contacting us immediately with anything they require making the whole application and signing of the lease quick and painless. I commend them on the honesty as our previous leasing agent was vindictive and provided a negative reference calling us argumentative, after explaing the reasoning to DK Property Partners they understood our side of the story and still proceeded with our application. They apologised about the state of the property we moved into and explained it was out of their control. We have been with them for just over a month now and it's been smooth sailing.read more

Number 1: When we moved out I was amazed to their audacity to point out those cleaning issues which barely existed... compare to when we moved in while I had reported all those (filthy oven and dish washer with cooking pot inside, dirty toilet seat upstair and downstair, dusty fly screen on the windows and dusty skirting, full rubbish bin ect). Had I not reported and taken photos of those issues back then, who knows how many other issues they would point out and make me pay.I wanted to write this at the very first email after bond inspection was conducted and raised the issues of cleanliness but wanted to wait until I get my bond back. I wonder whether they had checked the photos (during condition reports I took) of the pre condition of the property we moved in before writing me that email after they did bond inspection after we moved out.I was checking all the photos (which I had emailed them as well) of the ingoing condition report when We moved in, made me wonder if their bond inspection when the previous tenant moved out was as through as when we move out. I am glad I had kept all the photos and wonder if the property was without those issues which I had noted during conditions report when we moved in, what would be their expectation of seeing the property after we moved out. Luckily, I had hired professional cleaner!!Such a wrong doing!!!!Well, what can I say or do? Nothing!! But I believe in “KARMA”. “Good or bad, what you put out, comes back to you.”All the best!!Number 2: If it is the matter of their concern, they are very quick to response, even if it is public holiday, weekend or even after hour but when it is something the concern for the other party (tenant), all there is, is ignorance, except Krystelle.If you write them about not responding your concerns on timely manner, you will be told they don’t want to get email like this from you, instead of looking into their own actions what is causing tenant to feel like that. We are tenants in one of the property’s taken over by DK recently. Debra Brough is the most unprofessional & immature... property manager to have to deal with. Our maintenance issues do not get resolved in a timely manner, we have to constantly chase these up with no response to emails until days or a week later.Emailed the owner and also no response until it was to do with the wrong bank account deposited into but no response to our original email to date. We still have maintenance issues from January when we occupied the premises and these still have not been resolved. We do NOT recommend this company at all.read more
